GED Exam Preparation
The GED (General Education Development) examination is a battery of five comprehensive tests...
  • Literature and Arts
  • Science
  • Social Studies
  • Writing
  • Math

...designed to measure the skills that are expected of a four-year high school graduate.

The GED Preparation program offers high school level instruction in three core areas:
  • Reading
  • Writing
  • Math

The reading classes introduce topics such as comprehension, retention, and evaluation while focusing on the three required GED reading subjects: Literature and Arts, Science, and Social Studies.

The writing classes focus on essay development as well as rules of English grammar, both of which are found on the GED.

GED math classes begin with a quick review of basic math and continue through high school level algebra and geometry.
