The
Fine Art program gives students a solid base of artistic principles and
techniques. Individual creativity and cultural background are developed through
pertinent problems in the visual arts.
The
curriculum is designed to provide a variety of learning experiences, and
courses are planned to meet needs of all levels of students. The first level
courses are designed for beginning students with little or no experience.
Students may choose from two degree plans: Associate of Arts degree in Fine Art
or the Associate of Applied Science degree in Media Art. (See the Associate of
Applied Science section in this catalog.)
