The HVAC industry affects our lives in winter heating, summer cooling and refrigeration of food and medicines. The number of jobs is expected to increase faster than average for all occupations through the year 2010 according to the Occupational Outlook Handbook.
Clovis Community College is offering an HVAC program in areas of installation, maintenance, and service of residential and commercial equipment. Our program is designed to give each student the skills and training to fill an entry-level position within this vocation.
As the population and economy grow, so does the demand for new residential, commercial and industrial climate control systems. A career in the HVAC area offers:
