Internships and Cooperative Education Opportunities
CCC offers internships and cooperative education experiences to students who have completed at least 12 hours in Criminal Justice. Such experiential learning allows students to explore everyday practices in the criminal justice system while exploring many diverse career options.
Complete Online Curriculum
The entire Criminal Justice Curriculum is available online. Many classes are available every semester and all courses are offered at least once every two years. This rotation allows students to complete all of the courses necessary for the CRJU Associate of Applied Science Degree in a two-year period. If you need flexibility because of work and family obligations, this option may appeal to you.
Experienced Faculty
Most courses are taught by current law enforcement officers who have specific training and expertise in a specialized area of criminal justice. Part-time faculty members represent many local law enforcement agencies including the Clovis Police Department, the Curry County Sheriff’s Department, the New Mexico State Police, and the District Attorney’s Office.
