The
Associate of General Studies Degree provides a flexible option for students who
wish to combine coursework in several areas of interest. Students can design a
program of study around their interests by selecting a variety of courses in
one or more areas.
The
Associate of General Studies degree is especially designed for those students
who have gained significant learning through their life/work experience, but
who may benefit from an individually planned course of study based on their
academic or occupational interest. The degree offers students maximum
flexibility to design a program of study around their interests, using CCC
courses, transfer credits and cooperative education, and courses accepted
through one of the testing options as listed in this catalog under Credit by
Examination.
