Once you have been admitted,
If another person is completing the registration process for you (by proxy) you must:
- Complete the registration by Proxy Form (Adobe Reader) or provide a written statement containing the same information. The form must be submitted at the time of registration.
- The proxy must have your social security number and a list of courses to enroll in.
Students with health or physical limitations who would like assistance with the registration process may contact the Special Services Office at 575.769.4134 to make arrangements for assistance.
Applications for graduation are available in the Admissions and Records Office. There are graduation fees

Commencement is held in the spring semester.
Late registration continues through the first week of classes and can be processed Online or in the Admissions and Records Office. Students are encouraged to complete registration (including payment) prior to the first day of classes. Although a student may register during the first week of classes, classes may be closed and a full schedule may be difficult to obtain. A student is expected to make up work missed in the classes and missed classes will be recorded as absences. Refer to the current class schedule for the dates of registration.
