Official transcripts are normally sent directly to other colleges, universities, or employers. Students can order a copy of their official transcripts at the Admissions and Records Office, located in the Dr. H. A. Miller Student Services Center or download and mail the request form. There is no charge for transcripts. Students will be required to show photo ID in order to pick up transcripts.

While not suitable for transfer or reference, unofficial transcripts contain a complete list of the courses taken and grades received at CCC. Students can print a copy of their unofficial transcripts by using the Online Student Self Service or request one by downloading and mailing the request form. There is no charge for transcripts. Students will be required to show a photo ID in order to pick up transcripts.
