Payment arrangements must be made at the time of registration.

Students who are dropped for nonpayment on are encouraged to re-register and make payment arrangements to secure their classes; however, your original class(es) may be closed and you may have to choose alternate classes.

Tuition charges are determined by residency status, the number of credit hours taken, and fees applicable to each course. See the following chart to calculate your tuition charges: Tuition and fees are subject to change due to legislative or Board of Trustee action.

*You can enroll in 13-18 credit hours for the same cost as 12 credit hours.

**You can enroll for up to 7 credit hours for the same price as 3 credit hours if you qualify as a New Mexico resident. You can enroll for up to 6 credit hours for the same price as 3 credit hours if you are a Non-Resident student.

¤Senior Citizens must register on or after January 15 to be eligible for the reduced rate. For details, see Senior Citizen Discount and Qualifications.

Residency Status
Resident In-district: Students whose legal state of residency is New Mexico and who live within the boundaries of the Clovis Community College tax district.
Resident Non-district: Students whos legal state of residency is New Mexico, but who live outside of the Clovis Community College tax district.
Non-resident: Students whose state of legal residency is not New Mexico.
