Ongoing Registration |
A minimum number of students is required for a class to be held, so early registration is encouraged. CCC retains the right to cancel classes due to lack of enrollment.
NOTE: Some classes have limited enrollment. Additional class schedules are available at CCC, the Chamber of Commerce, the Clovis Carver Public Library, and Cannon Air Force Base Education Office and Family Support Center, Building 1802.
Online
Get started online by downloading the Non-Credit Registration Form. Print the form, complete all sections, and fax, mail, or bring it in. Be sure to include your payment information. (Non-credit Registration Forms can not be submitted online at this time.)
By Mail
Mail the completed registration form with your check or money order to: Clovis Community College, 417 Schepps Blvd., Clovis, NM 88101. Completed forms and payments will be processed as they are received.
Walk In
You may pick up a registration form at the CCC Information Desk...
Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Pay at the Cashier’s window of the Business Office.
By Phone
Call 769.4760 during office hours and have the information from the registration form handy. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover accepted
By Email
Send your registration by email to: judith.spillane@clovis.edu. Please include all information that is on the registration form.
By Fax
Fax your completed registration form with credit card information to Business & Non-Credit Training, 575.769.4190.
Fees
Fees must be paid at the time of registration. Senior citizens (65+) will receive a 10% discount with proof of age.
Refund Policy
Fees are refunded if the class is canceled or a mail-in registration is received after a class is closed.
Classes will not be held over the Thanksgiving Holiday, November 26 & 27..
