Handouts are made available for download in Adobe Acrobat Reader Portable Document Format (PDF). Right click on the file link and choose Save File As from the menu to save the file to your local computer. The Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer to view the PDF file; Adobe Acrobat Reader is available as a free download.
Course files are made available for download in a compressed file archive (ZIP format). Right click on the file link and choose Save File As from the menu to save the file to your local computer. Once downloaded to your computer you will need to extract the files and folders from the .zip archive file. On Windows XP, right-click on the .zip file, select "extract all" and choose the location to store the extracted files and folders. On older versions of Windows, you will need a third-party software program to extract the files, such as 7-zip, available for free download here: http://7-zip.org/.
