Wondering what to do after you graduate from CCC?
You’re in luck! If you plan to earn your bachelor’s degree, the Transfer Fair will connect you with representatives from the leading regional colleges and universities. This is a great opportunity to review different universities and find the right one for you. College and university representatives will setup exhibit booths and spend time talking with you about available majors, transfer student requirements, prerequisites, financial aid and scholarship opportunities, campus activities, and distance learning programs. Pick up applications, catalogs, brochures, and more. Ease your stress and get your questions answered! Door prizes will be raffled off and a free lunch will be provided by the CCC Campus Activities Board. So what are you waiting for? Explore the possibilities! See your Future at CCC!

- What GPA do I need to transfer?
- How will I know how many credits transferred and how the credits fit into a major?
- What is the deadline for transfer applications?
- How much will it cost me to attend your college or university?
- Are certain courses required in order to transfer?
- If courses do not transfer, what happens to them?
- What housing and/or transportation options are available?
- How long will it take me to complete my degree?
- What grade do I have to earn in a course for it to transfer? Will a "D" transfer?

Earn the credits you need to graduate from Clovis Community College! We will miss you but wish you great success!
Determine Your Career Goals. Visit the Career Services office to explore possible career paths that are directly related to your interests, skills, and values.
Choose a Major. What career do you want, and what type of degree is needed to gain that career? How long do you see yourself in college?
Talk with transfer recruiters that have your anticipated major. Check out their official website. Make plans to do a campus visit.
Based on admissions acceptance, decide what college or university to transfer to. Select the one that you feel most comfortable with and the one that will provide the most assistance to you as you pursue your career goals.
Complete admissions applications online or mail to the school of your choice no later than their application deadline.
Set up an appointment with an Academic Advisor at your transfer university to set up a degree plan and learn about program requirements.
Begin preparing emotionally for the change and to make necessary adjustments in your life.
Focus on your current classes, studies, and exams to possibly increase or maintain cumulative GPA status.
Complete the FAFSA and all scholarship applications.
Keep a list of important dates such as Transfer Student Orientations, Registration dates, Academic Advising Appointments, etc.
Make a smooth transfer to the College or University of your choice!
Note: Most Universities have a specific transfer process that can be very useful in making a smooth transfer. Check out the university websites.
