Helpful Information

Ticket Prices
All ticket prices are shown in two categories: General Admission and Seniors/Military/Students. Adults 65 and older may take advantage of the senior citizen ticket price. Tickets must be purchased for every patron, including infants.

Group Discounts
A $2 per ticket discount applies to groups of 10 or more. All tickets must be purchased in advance prior to the day of the performance and at the same time to qualify for discounts.

Ordering Tickets is Easy
Charge by phone with Visa, Mastercard or American Express by calling 575.769.4035.
Buy tickets in person at the CCC Cashiers’ windows at 417 Schepps Blvd., or at the CAFB Information Tickets and Travel Office.

Refunds and exchanges
Policy prohibits the refund of unused tickets, but we will be happy to exchange tickets in advance of an upcoming performance (pending availability). For additional information, please call 575.769.4956.

Admission
The Box Office opens one hour prior to each performance. Theater doors open approximately thirty minutes to curtain. Late arrivals are seated as appropriate intervals in the performance, at the direction and discretion of the artists.

Special Needs
Early seating is available for physically challenged patrons. The staff will gladly provide assistance and appropriate seat selections. Please notify an usher if you require special assistance.

Venues
Marshall Auditorium is located at 100 Commerce Way in the heart of Clovis, Clovis Civic Center is on the east side of town at 801 Schepps Blvd, and the CCC Town Hall is located on the College Campus at 417 Schepps Blvd.

Parking
There is no reserved parking at the venues. Please plan to arrive early to allow plenty of time to purchase tickets and find a seat.

Etiquette
As a courtesy to performers and those seated around you, please turn off all pagers, beepers and cell phones prior to the performance. These electronic devices can also cause interference with our performance sound system. Please remember that a quick departure is noticed by everyone in the audience and especially by the performers on stage. Leaving early means you will miss any encores and curtain calls, which provide the most memorable moments in many performances. Safety is always our concern and by leaving your seat before the house lights come up you run the risk of injuring yourself or others. Have fun, but please be safe and considerate of fellow audience members.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of live performance! Gifts certificates are available for all performances of the Series. Please call 575.769.4956 for details.

CAS Friends
Please help to spread the word about upcoming performances! Call 575.769.4956 and we will include your business on our delivery route for posters and Series brochures.
