Is there a future in a cosmetology career?
The Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts that employment for cosmetologists will grow by 20 percent from 2008—2018, which is much faster than the average for all occupations. The demand for hair coloring and other advanced treatments has increased in recent years, particularly among baby boomers and young people. Earnings vary according to specialty.
Why choose a career in Cosmetology?
Enjoy a career that allows creativity, provides flexible work hours and a lucrative income. Many cosmetologists work as stylists, nail technicians or estheticians. There are many avenues to choose from. Cosmetology was rated among the "Top 50 Hottest Jobs," in Money Magazine. If you are creative, motivated, and like people, the field of cosmetology is the career that can put you "a cut above" the rest.

Certificates of Completion are offered in Cosmetology Theory and Hair Fundamentals, as well as a Certificates of CompletionCertificate of Achievement in Salon Success.
