General Studies
Do you need flexibility?
The Associate of General Studies Degree provides an opportunity to design a program of study around your interests by selecting a variety of courses in one or more areas.

This degree is especially designed for students who have gained significant learning through their life/work experience, but who may benefit from an individually planned course of study based on their academic or occupational interest. This degree offers you maximum flexibility to design a program of study around your interests, using CCC courses, transfer credits and cooperative education, and courses accepted through one of the testing options as listed in this catalog under Credit by Examination.
