Fall Refund Schedule

Fall 2018 Refunds

Full refund of tuition and fees will be issued on cancelled classes. Refunds are processed after registration closes and financial aid is complete and will be mailed to students approximately four weeks after registration closes. Students who drop a workshop must notify the Business Affairs Office to begin the refund process. 

Important Note: If you are eligible for either financial aid or for "third-party payment" and you withdraw, you may be held responsible for paying your tuition and fees.


 Regular 16-Week Term

  • 100% - August 20 thru August 31
  • 0% - September 1 thru December 7

First 8-Week Term

  • 100% - August 20 thru August 24
  • 0% - August 25 thru October 12

Second 8-Week Term

  • 100% - October 15 thru October 19
  • 0% - October 20 thru December 7

Workshops

  • 100% - Before the first meeting
