Transcripts

Your college transcripts are your official and permanent academic record of your performance at Clovis Community College. Incoming transfer students will be asked to provide transcripts from previously attended colleges or universities so that transfer credits may be assessed.

Order Transcripts

e-Transcripts are coming during the Fall 2016 semester. In the meantime, please contact the office of Admissions and Records.

Types of Transcripts

Official Transcripts: 

• Electronic Transcripts: these are delivered in a securely encrypted PDF. Only the receiving school, employer, or individual will receive the password to view your official electronic transcripts. 
• Printed Transcripts: transcripts that are issued to students or sent directly to other colleges, universities, or employers. These are typically kept in a sealed envelope. Please do not open your official, printed transcripts!

Unofficial Transcripts: transcripts that contain a complete list of courses taken and grades received, but not suitable for transfer or employment reference.
