The Clovis Community College Board of Trustees meets regularly at 8:00 a.m. on the first Wednesday of the month, with the exception of January and July.

 

**PUBLIC NOTICE**

The Clovis Community College Board of Trustees will hold a Closed Meeting at CCC in Room 512 on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 11 a.m. (Closed under NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1.H(2) to discuss limited personnel matters related to the finalists for President of CCC.)

 

The Board of Trustees will hold special meetings in Room 512 at 8:00 a.m. on the following dates: Wednesday, March 13, 2024, Thursday, March 14, 2024, Friday, March 15, 2024, Thursday, March 21, 2024, and Friday, March 22, 2024.

 

The Board of Trustees will convene for a Study Session in Room 512 at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.

 

The Board of Trustees will hold
a regular meeting in Room 512 at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. This meeting has been moved from the originally scheduled date of April 3, 2024.
