Proctoring

Proctoring Services for CCC courses 

Students have the option to take course exams, make-up exams, and accommodation testing at the CCC Testing Center by scheduling an appointment. It is mandatory that the instructor approves the request ahead of time. The Testing Center functions during regular business hours as specified on the hours of operation to the right. The instructor will determine the start and end dates for the exams and the allowable testing resources such as notes and/or calculator, etc.

Proctoring Services for Other Universities or Institutions 

We are happy to provide proctoring services for students from other colleges, universities, and institutions upon request.

We offer both paper and computer-based options to accommodate each student's specific needs. Please reach out to our office for more information regarding the proctor approval process that your institution may require.

Before taking the exam, non-CCC students (students who are NOT enrolled in the current CCC semester) are required to pay a non-refundable fee of $25. Cash, money orders, checks made payable to Clovis Community College, and payments made via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are all accepted at the CCC Cashier's window located next to the bookstore.

Accommodation Testing 

The Testing Center provides a range of exam accommodations for approved students. To ensure that we can offer your accommodated exam at a time that is convenient for you, we kindly request that you contact the Testing Center at least 24 hours in advance to schedule an appointment at 575-769-4088. If you are yet to be approved for an accommodation but believe that you should be, please reach out to the CCC Office of Accessibility and Resources for further assistance.
