Fall Refund Schedule

Fall 2026 Refunds

Full refund of tuition and fees will be issued on cancelled classes. Refunds are processed after registration closes and financial aid is complete and will be mailed to students approximately four weeks after registration closes. Students who drop a workshop must notify the Business Affairs Office to begin the refund process. 

Important Note: If you are eligible for either financial aid or for "third-party payment" and you withdraw, you may be held responsible for paying your tuition and fees.


 Regular 16-Week Term

  • 100% - August 24 thru August 28
  • 0% - August 29 thru December 11

First 8-Week Term

  • 100% - August 24 thru August 28
  • 0% - August 29 thru October 6

Second 8-Week Term

  • 100% - October 19 thru October 23
  • 0% - October 24 thru December 11

Workshops

  • 100% - Before the first meeting
